A Rainbow Bunting For A Big Boy Room

I know a special young boy who recently moved into a 'big boy bed' in his new room. I promised a celebratory bunting, and here it is. Of course this has been part of my 'Operation: Use Fabric Scraps' and helped make a very small dint in my large fabric collection. Each triangle is a piece of calico covered in snips and scraps of coloured fabric and then stitched over with embroidery thread. A long length of homemade bias binding joins them together. So very easy. Bright and bold. Perfect as a celebratory bunting or a permanent decoration.
